Amazon Search Term Impression Share Tool
Open your Sponsored Products search term impression share report in the browser. Sort, filter and group it. The file never leaves your computer.
The search term impression share report gives two numbers the search term report does not: your impression share for each customer search term, and your impression rank against the other advertisers.
This free tool reads that report and lets you sort, filter and group it.
Your data stays on your computer. Nothing uploads anywhere.
How to read the table
Search term impression share is the share of the impressions for that search term that your ads won. Search term impression rank places you against the other advertisers on the same search term. Rank 1 is the top.
Use View to switch between one row per day and one row for the whole period. Use Group data by to add up a campaign, an ad group or a search term. Use Filter to keep the rows you want, and Columns to hide the rest.
The tool adds up the counts and the money. It rebuilds CTR, CPC, ACoS and RoAS from those totals, so a grouped row shows a true ratio.
Where to get the report
Open the Amazon Advertising console. Go to Measurement and Reporting, then Sponsored ads reports. Create a report with the Search Term Impression Share report type and a date range you care about. Download the file, and pick it above.
